As a psychiatrist for multiple well-respected workplace mental health providers, Dr. Sarfati provides detailed assessments with diagnosis, detailed treatment plans, functional restrictions & limitations. 

Independent medical examinations (IMEs) are also available for employers or insurers. Dr. Sarfati's approach to IMEs is to provide clear and succinct evaluations of a client's condition (ie diagnosis), functional abilities, restrictions & limitations. Detailed treatment plans are provided. The focus is on providing the requesting party (for example disability case managers) with a readable, succinct but thorough, and actionable report.
